CL Foundation's strength is the network it holds - across government, civil society, technology, and the private sector. Every partner here was chosen because they are the best at what they do.

mySATHI Foundation is the institutional home of the 4C Talent Readiness initiative - a consortium of CL Educate, CRISP, Head Held High Foundation, DEX IT, and allied organisations. Its mandate: design, deploy, and continuously improve a nationally standardised framework for measuring and credentialling workplace readiness across India's college and corporate ecosystem. mySATHI operates on a no-cost or low-cost model for state governments.
The platform and the proof. Where CL Foundation's theory of change becomes a measurable, credentialled reality - one student, one college, one state at a time.

The Centre for Research in Schemes and Policies (CRISP) is unlike any institution in India's social sector. Founded by ten former civil servants - each having served at the level of Secretary to the Government of India - CRISP brings the rarest combination in policy work: deep government credibility, complete institutional independence, and a working model built entirely on the principle of giving back. Its flagship NISHE embeds apprenticeships in general degree colleges - 1 lakh+ students across 10 states, at no cost to state governments.
The policy architecture layer. CRISP ensures VBI and mySATHI are structurally sound, government-aligned, and continuously evaluated for impact.

Head Held High - co-founded by Madan Padaki - is a collective of everyday people engaged in the fight against poverty. Its founding spirit draws from Tagore's Gitanjali: "Where the mind is without fear and the head is held high." For 15+ years, the Foundation has worked across 22 states, impacting 200,000+ individuals through the i.COR model - Capability, Opportunity, Resilience, enhanced by an Intelligence layer.
The last-mile engine. Reaches the communities that policy and technology alone cannot - with human dignity at the centre of every interaction.

Rubanomics - coined by Madan Padaki - is built on one conviction: rural and urban India are not two separate economies. They are one interconnected loop. The framework rests on the Four Forces Equation: Boundless Aspirations, Unlimited Potential, Unstoppable Entrepreneurs, and Exponential AI - moving beyond incremental growth toward Infinite Possibilities. Complemented by Garimārtha - a dignity-centred model of economic value.
The intellectual architecture for place-based economic growth - anchored at Mahatma Gandhi National Council of Rural Education, Gadag.

JanAI is the national movement to bring the benefits of Artificial Intelligence to rural communities across India - incubated by Head Held High Foundation. Its premise is urgent: if the AI revolution happens only in urban India, we widen the very divide Rubanomics seeks to close. JanAI works to make AI-driven tools, skills, and opportunities accessible to rural youth - in their language, in their context, at their pace.
The technology edge of talent readiness - ensuring that 4C skills are also AI-augmented skills.
EkStep Foundation builds open, scalable digital infrastructure for learning - the kind of foundational technology layer that makes everything above it possible. Their work sits at the heart of India's DPI ecosystem, including contributions to DIKSHA and the broader National Digital Infrastructure for Teachers and Students.
The platform layer that makes 4C credentialling, VBI programme delivery, and mySATHI's national scale technically feasible as genuine public infrastructure.
CL Foundation makes it easy to plug into the right partners for your CSR mandate, policy engagement, or institutional agenda.
